Therapist
Victor Cabral, LMSW
Hello! My name is Victor Cabral, LSW (He/Him), and I have dedicated my career to supporting vulnerable and historically excluded populations. My goal is to meet you where you are and, together, co-create a safe container that supports empowerment, healing, and self-leadership. I am deeply grateful and honored to have the opportunity to hold space for others as they discover themselves and walk their path.
I am an Afro-Latinx bilingual (Spanish) licensed social worker and therapist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania under the supervision of Destiny Clark Williams, LCSW-S, with training in IFS Level 1, Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration, and MDMA/Ketamine/Psilocybin-Assisted Psychotherapy.
I chose to pursue a career as a social worker and therapist after spending several years working in community mental health in various capacities. I wanted to provide culturally responsive care to my community in Reading, PA. After graduating, I was offered a fellowship with the Pennsylvania Governor’s Office, which expanded my work into the policy and regulatory arena.
For the past several years, I have been working at the direct service, community, and systemic levels nationally and internationally to make alternative, innovative, and effective treatments available to historically excluded communities. This work involves contributing to policy development, academic research, community outreach, training and education, and community mental health.
My goal as a therapist is to co-create a safe space with my clients that addresses their needs and to show up in an authentic, compassionate, and responsive way that helps the client feel safe, cared for, and supported. In my work, I utilize evidence-based interventions from a variety of therapeutic approaches to offer clients unique and holistic approaches that center them as the experts of their own experience.

Therapist
April Cantu, LMSW
Hello, I’m April Cantu, a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) dedicated to helping individuals find healing, strength, and balance in their lives. I hold a Master’s in Social Work, a Bachelor’s in Family and
Human Development, and an Associate’s in Substance Abuse Counseling. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people from many different backgrounds as they’ve worked through challenges and discovered their resilience.
My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, respect, and collaboration. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to help you uncover your inner strengths and build confidence in your ability to heal and grow. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, and Grief and Crisis Intervention to provide support that is both evidence-based and deeply human.
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, and life transitions, as well as autistic clients, older adults, at-risk youth, and those reentering the community after institutional care. My background as a Director of Social Services in a skilled nursing facility has given me a broad
understanding of how emotional well-being, health, and social systems are all connected.
I believe therapy should be a safe and empowering space — one where you feel heard, valued, and supported without judgment. Together, we’ll explore your goals, process your experiences, and create
meaningful steps toward lasting change.
Outside of my work, I cherish time with my husband, children, and grandchildren, and I love giving back through volunteering with at-risk youth, individuals in need, and educational programs. I’m also
passionate about advocating for marginalized communities and promoting access to care for all.
If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing and growth, I would be honored to walk beside you on that journey. Together, we can create space for understanding, self-discovery, and hope for the future.
